Get Ready, Here We Come!

Friday, June 19th, 2009 | Jay McSwain

I’m excited to announce that today we’re relaunching our blog! What began last February as a one-man show, with myself being the sole blogger, has since blossomed into a team of 12 seasoned professionals. While the team and topics discussed will be diverse, each individual is passionate about helping God’s people connect to meaningful ministry. Each individual also uses and understands the difference PLACE tools and resources make in church ministries across the country.

Why should you follow our blog?

  1. You’ll gain insight into how, who, where, when and what church ministries and leaders across the country are doing in connecting God’s people to meaningful ministry.
  2. What worked yesterday to connect God’s people to meaningful most likely does not work today, and surely will not work tomorrow. The principle “people first, programs second” is timeless, but the how to incorporate this principle, along with many others, is ever changing. From assessment tools and ministry education to volunteer training and workshops, we will keep you current on what approaches are making a difference.
  3. You will always be challenged to intentionally connect those within your sphere of influence to meaningful ministry.
  4. Our team possesses one of the most unique perspectives in America for helping churches and their leaders in connecting people to meaningful ministry. This perspective is based upon decades of experience, along with today’s trends and realities that we’re seeing from around the country.
  5. You will always be encouraged to give your life away for Christ, His people and the world that desperately needs to know Him. In addition, you will always be encouraged to help others give their lives away for Christ, His people and the world that desperately needs to know Him.
