Lisa Baker

Lisa regularly delivers PLACE workshop training and individually consults with participants helping them understand who they are and why they are here. As the PLACE coordinator at Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, Tennessee, she leads people to discover church ministries in which they would be effective. In addition, she guides them to determine how to be spiritually productive in their everyday lives. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, with an emphasis in painting, from the University of Memphis. Lisa is passionate about helping people understand the connections of how God has wired them, how He has shown up in their lives in the past and how He can use them for His glory.

Keith Durham

Keith came to Trinity Southern Baptist Church from San Antonio in November 2003. He has been married to Terri for 18 years and they have three children. Dustin is a senior at CGUHS, Melody is a junior at CGUHS, and Kelli is a freshman at CGUHS. Keith’s greatest accomplishment since being in Arizona is hiking the Grand Canyon!

Kraig Kelsey

As Executive Director, Kraig leads our organization overseeing all areas of ministry and plays an important role in the development of our PLACE product line and marketing endeavors. He is a “listening ear” to all our customers and enjoys learning how PLACE is being implemented across the nation and sharing innovative ideas and suggestions as they relate to our ministry. Kraig facilitates our PLACE and student PLACE workshop training both on the road and in his local church where he also serves as a PLACE consultant and facilitator. His creative and positive attitude, as well as his shared passion for the ministries of PLACE, is truly a blessing to our team. Kraig, and his wife Missy, have been married for 21 years and have 3 sons Koby, Klay and Kyler.

Reverend Patrick Latimore, TH.D.

From being a Junior Deacon and vice president of the Tampa Bay Youth Congress that serves over 20 local churches to a member of the ‘Who’s Who among Students in American Colleges and Universities’, Patrick has worn many hats growing up. In 2002, he answered God’s call to preach and was ordained in 2006. Patrick continues to remain active in his community – VP of an auxiliary board to the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Association and Minister of Christian Education, member of the Board of Directors and Bible study teacher at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, GA. He remains dedicated to his wife Domita and continues to focus on his personal motto: Mission first and people always!

Christina Lee

Christina Lee is the Founder of Nehemiah Training and Consulting, a national training and consulting company that specializes in clergy, laity and corporate leadership training development and coaching. Nehemiah has experienced much success from using the PLACE tools.
In addition to her commitment to Nehemiah Training and Consulting, Christina is on staff as the Director of Christian Education and Assimilation at her local church which serves more than 3,000 members. Christina has also studied Christian Apologetics at Southern Evangelical Seminary. She currently resides in North Carolina with her husband of more than 20 years and their five children.

Quentine Lofton

Quentine works with many churches in the Southeastern section of Georgia. He is a PLACE facilitator and personal development/time management trainer. Quentine has over 25 years experience in several key positions including Vice President of sales for At-A-Glance, the leading manufacturer of planners in America. His unique interactive teaching approach takes you on a visual journey through the PLACE workshop training. He continues to visit and guide churches, as well as, facilitate PLACE workshops and other PLACE training. He and his wife Sharon have been married for 23 years. They have 5 grown children, 9 grand children and 2 great grand children.

Ginger McSwain

Ginger’s 13 years of corporate experience prior to co-founding the ministry with Jay brings welcomed knowledge and perspective in the implementation of new projects and materials. She enjoys traveling, as well as representing the ministry at conventions, workshops and churches. Ginger facilitates our adult PLACE workshops and our consultation training. She serves as both a PLACE facilitator and PLACE consultant in her local church. Ginger also loves to provide a loving and nurturing environment for her family and friends.

Jay McSwain

Jay’s passion for the local church and the ministers and their families that faithfully serve them drive him daily. Whether traveling or at home in our Atlanta office, Jay is in continuous contact with them helping and encouraging them both personally and professionally. You can find Jay facilitating our workshop training, consulting with pastors and churches, at conferences and conventions, or at a local bookstore taking in the latest on leadership, management, or politics. It’s also his favorite environment to work on his laptop developing new and innovative resources for the ministry. Jay is committed to his local church as both a PLACE facilitator and PLACE consultant, and as a friend to the ministers and the staff. He is also a loving and attentive husband and father.

Jamie Parler

Currently serving as a community pastor for North Side Baptist Church, Jamie is passionate about helping people and truly believes that God has a plan for every person who will seek Him. He used this passion to help bring PLACE Ministries to life for churches and ministries alike.

Jamie stands firm in encouraging people and references Proverbs 3:5&6. “Don’t ever forget, that as a child of God, you are always in the palm of His hand. Trust Him and allow Him to direct to your path. He knows what He’s doing!”

Blake Paul

Blake and his wife Susan Paul have been involved as volunteers and staff members in ministry with the Assemblies of God for over 20 years. They have served in many areas including Youth Ministry, Teachers, Small Group Leaders, Executive Pastor and Coordinator of Volunteer Ministries. In addition, they have been on staff of several churches ranging in size from 300 to 1000 members. Both have degrees in Education, with Blake also possessing a degree in Business Administration.

Blake and Susan have 2 boys, Caleb and Joshua. They are all actively involved within their local church

Susan Paul

Having spent 15 years as a public school educator, Susan is passionate about helping churches. Both her and her husband Blake assist churches in areas of Business, Leadership, Team Building, Ministry Development and the implementation of PLACE. Both she and her husband Blake are passionate about the use of PLACE as a God-given tool to help pastors and leaders discover the treasury of spiritual gifts that are sitting in each congregation.

Blake and Susan have 2 boys, Caleb and Joshua. They are all actively involved within their local church.

John Rushing

Holding a deep conviction that spiritual growth and ministry never ends in the lives of people, John is committed to an adult church ministry environment in which men and women experience the ongoing power of life change through Christ. Authentic, Christ-honoring relationships with Jesus and with others demonstrate the abundant, full life Jesus talked about in John 10:10. John is also passionate in the concept that as we model authentic Christianity to those coming after us, we’re still becoming fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ today! He and his wife, Wanda, have two children, Amanda and Michael.

Brad Sargent

Brad brings extensive experience in non-profit work, mentoring next-generation leaders, as well as pioneering new churches, agencies and networks. He blends skills in cultural research, paradigm analysis and discipleship systems for a unique perspective on current ministries and future possibilities. Brad enjoys developing resources that equip everyday disciples. Since the mid-1990s, Brad has addressed such technical strategy topics as contextualization, sustainable/organic systems, learning styles and creativity, Biblical leadership in emerging cultural edges, recovery from spiritual abuse, and holistic discipleship.

Reverend Mark Seals

Spanning more than 20 years, Mark’s commitment to Christian education began in 1986 as a missionary at the World’s Fair in Vancouver, British Columbia. He has had the privilege of working with best-selling author of Experiencing God and Christian educator, Rev. Henry Blackaby, as well as campus minister at Georgia Institute of Technology, faculty member of the National Baptist Convention Congress of Christian Education, faculty member of the General Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia and special assistant to the president of the General Missionary Baptist Convention of Georgia. Mark has been a pastor at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church for more than 17 years. He is supported in all he endeavors by his wife, Kimberley, and their four sons.

Barbara Valerioti

Barbara guides our customers in utilizing Mobilyzr, our online church portal, and assists our churches in leveraging the value of the PLACE process with this tool. She comes to PLACE Ministries with a client services and administration background in Human Resources and Training & Development. Barbara and her husband have been married 21 years with 2 children
