  The online assessment tools are easy to use and within 10 minutes of logging on, you will begin discovering how you have been created. A wealth of insightful information is included for further study and reflection. Once you are finished, you can print out your results from the five assessments to share with others and use to help you find your place in ministry. This assessment tool is the online version of the student assessment listed above.

This skills assessment is an integral part of gaining a thorough understanding of how you are "wired." A couple items to note:

• •   The skill tests can be taken online or easily ordered online and delivered to your home
       so you can complete them at a time that is convenient to you.
• •   There are no correct or incorrect answers when you undertake your skill test.
• •   Just answer each question as it pertains to you.
• •   The outcome from this honest approach is a skill assessment that will help you to
       understand your unique role within your ministry.

But what is the difference between a test and an assessment? It's semantics really.

Tests take many forms – everything from a pop quiz to an exam at school through to the test you took for your driver's license. Some of these types of tests include:
