As a Connection Coach, you’ve now met with an interested volunteer and are looking to place them in a church ministry where they’ll be fulfilled. This ministry(s) will be able to best utilize their God-given skills and talents. God will then continue to grow and stretch that volunteer as they strengthen and build upon their natural gifts and talents.
