We call these three step "the journey"; a journey, that until now, hasn't been traveled down very often because churches haven't been led to do so.

A Pastor Once Said,

"Churches are the way they are because they've been led to be that way or they've never been led to be anything else." Simply put, implementing an intentional process for mobilizing members into meaningful ministry is foreign to many church leaders. What is understood, where the leadership has led, and what most have done over the years is personal discovery, identifying and teaching the importance of "every member a minister." This is a great start but there is more leading to that needs to be done. That is our goal in this section.
